Go to the menu bar
Hover/Select "Developments", then all the cities/towns name will display
Hover/Select the "City/Town Name" of your interest, then the developments name list will display
Click on the "Development Name" of your interest and it will take you to its tab where you'll be able to read every single detail about this development, including the "Income Limits" and the "Resident Selection Criteria"
Click on "Apply Now" button, once you acknowledged the info

Below you will find a list of the "Required Documents" which you will need to upload in order to submit your application succesfully, please make sure to carefully read the requirements of each of these documents, as well as have them scanned and in PDF/JPG format

Once you have your documents ready, you can move on to the final step, where you will be required to fill out the "Application Form"; this application form has a fee of $17 USD, which must be paid before proceeding to complete the form, in order for it to be sent succesfully; please make sure to fill it out completely, since no blank fields will be accepted; In the final step to complete this form you will be asked to upload the documents mentioned below.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

GOVERNMENT I.D

Government issued picture identification is required for each of the applicants over the age of 18

BIRTH CERTIFICATE

For each minor (if applicable)

5 PAYSTUBS

4 consecutive and the very first one of the year

ANY PREPAID CARD COPY

And an ATM copy of the balance receipt for that card (GreenDot, Money Network, Oklahoma Card, Direct Express, etc.)

SOCIAL SECURITY / VA

We must have a letter dated within the last 30 days stating how much you receive

CUSTODY PAPERWORK

If both parents of the child(ren) are not in the home we will need a copy of any and all legal custody paperwork.

SCHOOL SCHEDULE

If you have a child 17 or over that is or will be enrolled in school in the next 12 months we will need a copy of their school schedule.

DIVORCE DECREE

Divorcee Decree if you have ever been divorced

SCANNED DOCUMENTS ONLY

All documents must be scanned (no pictures will be accepted) and uploaded to submit succesfully your application form.

How to scan documents on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch?

1.Open Notes and select a note or create a new one.

2.Tap the Camera button , then tap Scan Documents .

3.Place your document in view of the camera.

4.If your device is in Auto mode, your document will automatically scan.

5.Tap Save or add additional scans to the document.

How do you scan from Android phone?

1.Open the Google Drive app .

2.In the bottom right, tap Add.

3.Tap Scan.

4.Take a photo of the document you'd like to scan. Adjust scan area: Tap Crop. Take photo again: Tap Re-scan current page. Scan another page: Tap Add.

5.To save the finished document, tap Done.
